How to punish yourself?

I'm such an idiot. This was the second time I missed a drive for driver's ed because I guess I can't read a schedule. So then my partner couldn't drive either. No one called though, they could've done that because we had two drives in a row scheduled today. My mom yelled at me and was really angry. I'm so stupid. I really want to cut myself right now, but there's probably a better way to punish myself for being such an idiot.
