Im annoyed with my dad!?

Some parents are like that. They don't want to sacrifice for their children. It's his problem, not yours (although it obviously affects you and that sucks). Be grateful that you have one parent who does provide for you and is supportive and just remember not to get your hopes up about your dad. It will save you disappointment in the long run.
