Am I having a nervous breakdown? I am worried about my Heath; am I really sick?

Ok here's my advice... First take a deep breathe. U need to find a place where You feel peaceful an spend some time there clearin your mind. Ur stuck in this situation and I understand how hard it can be to just even feel relaxed but try finding someone u can just talk to. Have patience an if u need get medication. U need to realize life will have it's ups and downs, but it's not impossible to make yourself better. Get good rest, find a peaceful place, get meds if u need to, talk to someone or write or sing, eat well, take deep breaths... Dot make yourself more overwhelmed because u will get through it.. Focus on what's more important... Like school. Friendships r relationships n will have ups an downs too. Just give yourself a break!
