HELP PHONE DROPPED IN WATER!!!?

I was washing the dishes and my phone was by it and it was ringing and i tirned the ringer down with wet hands and when i turn it on like the screen freaks out and the buttons wont work. so i took the battery out and put the actual phone in a bag of rice!!!!! is there anything else i can doo????
