I'm really paranoid right now about something?

I just heard this ghost story 5 minutes ago and im freaked out. so im really paranoid right now. i feel as if ill never be able to go to bed again or by myslef in a room. how to i get over this? and do vacuums really work against ghosts? they did in luigis mansion... but ghost arent real, right? im right. ha ha ha ha.... HELP PEOPLE!!!!!! IM CURLING UP INTO A BALL AS I TYPE! HAAAAAAAALLLLPP!!!!!
