A question for Tiger fans?

Okay, so we all know that jum leyland is a Bumbling Incompetent Idiot. No doubt about that. My question is who do you think will replace him? This is the last year of his contract, and I don't see him getting another year. Who would like to see manage The Tigers in 2012? Do you think we promote someone from our minor league system, or anyone who is available?
