Wiring for door bell ringer?

Wireless door bell died so replacing with orginal. Have green and red wires to connect to door bell ringer. Dont know which to connect to which. There is a T for transformer screw and also another screw but the wiring colors do not sync to anything I read on the internet? Should I presume the red = black and wire to the transformer?
