Those IDIOTS at NATWEST lost my ID!!!!?

Natwest would have told you NOT to send original documents for this very reason; it has been taken in the post. So cancel the licence and get a new one. When ID is asked for no bank wants the passport or driving licence in the post, you either take it into the branch or send a certified copy.
